Terms of Service of SpeedTutor AI

Welcome to SpeedTutor AI, a mobile application ("App") provided by With Bytes ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SpeedTutor AI app and any services offered through the app (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

The Service is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. By accessing or using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the full authority to agree to these Terms. You agree not to use the Service for cheating or any academic dishonesty. The Service is designed to provide assistance with homework and not to facilitate cheating.

SpeedTutor AI offers its services under a subscription model. Subscriptions are processed through the iOS App Store and subject to its terms and conditions. You may manage your subscription and auto-renewal settings in your App Store account settings.

3. Limitation of Liability

While SpeedTutor AI strives to provide accurate homework solutions, we do not guarantee the correctness of answers provided by the Service. The Company shall not be liable for any errors in the content, or for any actions taken based on the solutions provided. Users should use the Service for study and reference purposes and verify the correctness of the content before use.

4. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

5. User Conduct

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to engage in any illegal activities or conduct that is harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
